Pilates in The Stable Barn
Thorn Performance Pilates Classes will restart from October 2024!
All classes follow the APPI format of clinical pilates and are led by a physiotherapist (me - Josie).
If you're coming to join us, all Pilates classes are held in The Stable Barn at The Stable House - just opposite Thorn Performance's Treatment room.
Please bring a mat and a small towel or cushion with you, where possible.
(I do have a small selection of spare mats if you need to borrow one).
All other equipment will be provided.
